Had the rosted belly pork - it was magnificent. Service was a little slow, but the ambience was great and we had a very pleasant evening.
Been going there since it opened over 20 years ago. Hadn’t been for a while. Still good food and good atmosphere.
Beautiful setup with the fragrance of the thatch roof, long wooden bar with foot bars . Small selection of some popular craft beers on tap . 3G signal is minimal.

Great live music under stars, trees and fairy lights , every Friday in summer. Fabulous!
You have to start with the Tempura Prawns . Absolutely mouthwatering. Mind you, you can't go wrong with much here :)
Best deep fried camembert in beer batter on the planet! All round great dining experience. Slightly old school but very tasty.
Brilliant fillet of beef , professional and friendly service , fairy lights ... lovely!
