Coffee is better than many Aussie cafés (latté for me) and free wi-fi too
The food is really good here. I always order the different pastas . Go up stairs there is a/c and use free wifi . They deliver as well .
Lebanese platter was just ok. The passion fruit margaritas were great :)
No view from the rooftop balcony but nice AC on the 2nd floor. The clean bathroom deserves 3.5 stars for Cambodia.
Head upstairs for aircon. Try the Loc Lac wrap , it's fantastic.
Pop in here after going round the market for a cooling beer or two.

The Coffee house is very close to the Russian Market and offer drinks and food. The tuna sandwich is very good and they have cold delicious coconuts (2,50 dollars). Staff are friendly and speak Englis - Amy Coulson
