the most cliche place that you bring all your foreign friends to, the first place I go to when I come back to Hanoi, and the best place to go when you don't know what to eat or want to eat everything
Delicious local vietnamese food , frequented by locals as well as tourists . Good atmosphere and the waitresses do well to proactively help clueless tourists like me. So good, we visited a second time.
The concept is simple yet ingenious. Much of the best food in Vietnam can be found on the streets -- the owners here have decided to serve local street staples in more upmarket surroundings. Read more
If you are into the Southeast Asian sour and spicy you should get the seafood hotspot! Totally worth the money and awesome awesome taste! Fantastic! Definitely coming back tomorrow!
Still the best place to sample a 'best of Vietnamese cuisine ' for those on a tight schedule. Here you find everything that's good about Vietnamese food at reasonable prices in a clean environment
The best thing was the fresh pomelo juice . This place is good for it's VAST choice of dishes, English speaking, polite staff and the beer garden atmosphere. Great place to try new Viet dishes.
This is like a Vietnamese version of Lau Pa Sat (Singapore)! Local dishes all found under one roof. Reasonable prices too.
Best place to sample all sort of Vietnamese food . Plenty of choice, good and fast service , reasonable price, delicious food. What else can you ask for!?
My favourite place in Hanoi - great, fresh food . Hard to recommend just one thing. The coffee is delicious as are the glutinous rice balls with minced pork .
Very tourist-friendly with approachable, unintimidating service and helpful, English-speaking staff . There's also a huge menu with English descriptions.
There are tons of places in Hanoi to grab delicious street food on the cheap , but Quan An Ngon is a safe bet and widely considered one of the best spots for homestyle Vietnamese.
Lively , mix of locals, expats and tourists . Nice atmosphere, delicious food, many options (maybe too many). Be there before 6pm!
Extensive menu of classic Vietnamese dishes . I would avoid the dishes typical in Vietnamese dishes in the West and try something unique. Ask the waiter and look around at what others are eating
Awesome place! Full of locals. Cheap and delicious small plates , perfect for sampling different kinds of food. Good service too.
Lots of choice, and open kitchens all around. The spring rolls are great, and stir fried noodles with beef was very nice
Visit on an off hour and the place is really relaxing. Went for breakfast at about 9:00am and we're treated like kings! Is it the best, no, but it's good with a huge variety of things to try.
The address for great Vietnamese food ! Great atmosphere but be prepared to wait for seating as it gets very busy!
Excellent food, atmosphere. Be sure to get there before 8:00 pm to Oder food, you don't want the lights to turn off and rushed to leave this place. Will come back next time in town . 2 thumbs up
nem chua or fermented pork roll in banana leaves goes perfect with beer . don't be afraid. it's like spicy saussage and very tasty!
this is the equivalent the cheesecake factory of Hanoi... huge menu with northern and southern vn dishes. not the best but a huge variety. get the bahn xeo and fruit juices .
Food is really good here, price reasonable at around 120k-160k per person (1 main dish, 1 side dish, 1 dessert , 1 juice ). Main dishes are a bit small so make sure to order a starter/side dish/dessert
Local food amazing and staff everywhere to attend you! Only note here is regarding the weather (out of heir control): there's no air conditioning so try to pick a place with some shadow :)
If you want to visit it during lunch time, please go early to avoid long queues. Sitting outside for fresh air is recommended
Every time we came, spring rolls sold out. They said I should come at 10am. Photo, the snail with spicy fish sauce . Yummy
Highly recommended for tourists ! Open kitchens at the side of the restaurant prepare vietnamese (street) food from all over the country !
Giant outdoor tented area with stations serving the best food in Hanoi. A little touristy compared to other places but it doesn't matter. Get the Bun Cha or Bum Bo Nam Bo. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Interesting local restaurant with types of authentic Vietnamese local food at one place however very limited vegetarian options . Sticky rice and 3 color dessert is very delicious. Portion is small.
Very busy. The food is good and you can get a taste of many Vietnamese foods but you'll miss out on the "eating like a local" feeling.
Great fresh street food served in a nice place. We got loads of help from the friendly staff . The nom bo kho is the best thing I've ever eaten
Everything is awesome! Lots to choose from. I love this place! Kind of cheap for a really nice resto. :)
Tipical and super tasty street food But in a confortable and romantic place .won ton superbe
Great place to get a taste of everything. Go at an off peak eating time so it's not overwhelming.
The food is good, service is fast and nice ambience.. I had the grilled pork chop rice , it was superb..
Amazing choice of authentic food cooked by the relevant food stall around you. Food market meets restaurant - the concept really works!
We have tried the Quan An Ngon in Hu Chi Ming city for twice, both very very good. But this one in Hanoi is quite a disappointment. Food here is much more pricy and smaller portion than the HCM one.
Hanoi office dinner : crab roe snail noodle soup , sugar cane prawns wrapped w green banana , star fruit , cucumber @ herbs? mango squid prawn & papaya dried beef salads , prawn herb fresh rolls !
This is famous restaurant in Hanoi for the good food and good services . All travellers go there so they like so much this. Read more
It' s really a decorated restaurant n it suits for people who come to Vn at the first time. In there u can try many foods from 3 parts of Vn. But if u really want yo have a delicious food, u dont
Excellent service , very polite staff , incredible food, would highly recommend the crab spring rolls !
A nice little place to go if you're scared of the real street food - but definitely not as flavorful as the street food . The banana desert was good!!
Great place for local street favorites.
Various choices for Vnmese food.Crowded at weekend(most of them are tourist ).Free motor parking ,service slow, price hight alittle but acceptable for this place.
Best and safe place to try delicious Vietnamese food . A little too crowded though. Very polite and helpful waitstaff .
It looks like a beer garden . Outdoors, crowded , smoking allowed. Good for groups . Plenty of different choices.
Authentic Vietnamese food
One of the reasonable place@to try a varieties of Vietnamese dishes in town .
Must go in Hanoi, wide range of authentic Vietnamese cuisine from pho , spring roll , grill, Vietnamese omelette etc.
You must try Ban Xeo!! Other people recommended the sugarcane prawn but It is twice expensive and less delicious than Ban Xeo.
Great vietnamese food ! Excelent customer service. Must try oysters and prawns with lemongrass !
Picture menu is available for foreigners
