Beds are so comfy ! Great hotel in a great location for exploring Edinburgh. Cooked breakfast is lovely. Staff are friendly .
Great steak frites . Good house wine . Excellent value.
Beautiful place. However, we are hear during a small heat wave and there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. The fans that they offer provides little or no relief.

Being renovated...it needs it. Interesting location but generally needs a major facelift and energy. Feels in mourning of better days.
