Yummy kind of fried pancake with Chinese leeks ; ask with an egg and a bit of spicy sauce . There’s usually a queue but it moves fast.
Famous cuisine you must to have if you are near luodong night market . Worth to wait in the line for it.
Too oily and heavy for my taste. If you happen to find it on the street and have never tried it, do it. Otherwise not worth it.
