If you are a tourist , this is a good destination to hit along with the Temple of Heaven which are both in the area. I wasn't impressed with the selection unfortunately. Little variety booth to booth .
This is the place to come for Chinese artefacts, curios and souvenirs . If you can’t find the writing brush , ink stone, ancient book , or shadow puppet you’re after, you’re not trying hard enough.

This is beijing's version of chatuchak market (bkk). I could haggle with almost all items except for some painting . They just couldnt lower the price as i desired.
