We went during early afternoon, and many stores were closed. However, there were a few small food and beverage stores open, and a couple of clothing a souvenir shops too.
北側（恵美須町 駅寄り）は開いているお店が多く、入口の肉屋を始め、洋品店や飲食の小売店 、ホテル が多い。南側（通天閣寄り）は「新世界市場屋台 街」として、シャッター 前に飲食の屋台 が多数展開している。
本通りに比べると寂れた感じが出てるが、所々で見かける広告が面白い。
