Yes, the staff is friendly & helpful, but they're TOO helpful. Sometimes I want to look around & not be bothered by anyone. These folks will bug the crap out of you.
If you can't find it, ask. Every person who works here wants to help. I came in 4 minutes before closing and grabbed the wrong light bulbs. Employee went and got correct ones...with a smile! Wow!!!
If you need a specific piece of hardware such as a screw or washer, this is fabulous. They helped me repair a pair of $150 shoes for $0.26
