Friendliest staff & so helpful. I left my passport at LHR by accident & Cecilia at the desk spent 1/2 hour helping me get someone (tough to get a human these days) on the phone to help get it back!

If you are in the area and want a nice place to stay, try this hotel ... The staffs are very welcoming... The room is homey specially to us whose flight were cancelled... The food is superb... Indulge.
A flash travel lodge - not recommended for the travel connoisseur or discerning business traveller. Don't let the open plan checkin on wireless tablet pcs fool you. Rooms are cheaply done.

The housekeeping staff are rather aggressive entering the room. They knock, unlock and open the door in a split second!

Cool hotel win modern design. Very nice rooms, big and comfortable beds, pleasant service, free Wi-Fi in the rooms that actually works and complementary pool. Didn't had the breakfast. - Hugo Meireles
