Not too well managed building. Great location. Few great tenants i.e. Welcome seafood restaurant , fook yuen coffee shop , herbaline , hand phone repair shop and some wholesale souvenir stalls.

Few people here. But I like it because it's not crowded . Got a lot of anime shop that sell anime figures.. Got Wojamama too.. we can skate here on 'no ice' lane.. at the Ground Floor..

There aren't a lot of shops. Most of the lot are offices . There's hobby shops , and wojamama is here but close ealy these days. Seafood restaurant is good!????

Have a massage at Jarimas Reflexology (next to entrance door near Fook Yuen ). Ask for Hasnah..she's good.

A great place to shop for souvenirs with a long hallway lined with stalls that sell (and make) Sabah handicraft .

just come here looking for a RC shop. The owner is nice and willing to share some RC knowledge

A good place actually but overshadowed by Centre Point

Park your car here instead outside. Cheap fee.

A supermarket or cinema needs to be situated here or else it will remain quiet here.
