Took my computer in b/c screen damaged. They pointed out ding in back. I picked it up, they fixed the screen, they replaced the top cover and it looks brand new!!! Thanks guys!!! Soo happy!!!
Love Apple, but don't let them act like they're going out of their way to do something nice when they're not. My computer's under warranty, its not a courtesy for you to fix it, its your job.
