During my stay at Auckland I was here 6 or 7 times, there are a lot of course exquisite options, Afghan cookies and coffee waffles were my favorite. I bought some chocolate boxes as souvenir.
Cute place with heaps of choices. Great gift box variety. I asked for the most popular choice, which goes for about $13 (about a dollar a piece) and was really great.
They are always busy which is great for them but there is no effort in making you feel welcomed if you are waiting for a table or someone to assist you. There is demand for more places like this.
The banana berry waffle is amazing. They have it a gluten free version of it as well as another gf options .
OMG... The Chilli Denso is To-Die-For!!!! A hot Chilli chocolate that is a meal in itself! So divine & filling. If you love chocolate & you love spice & spicing it up, this drink cannot be missed
Praline chocolate submarino is goooood - in fact, any submarino of theirs is good
Loved the hot orange chocolate drink.
Must try the Tiramisu . Death by chocolate is a yummy tummy filling treat. The Ambience 10/10 :)

My go to drink here is the praline submarino. But tonight I had the Kahlua one :D
If you can't finish your denso, get it takeaway in a coffee cup, microwave at home before finishing up.

In spring/summer, you'll see more roses than everywhere else in NZ. Back the cottage, you'll enjoy a small park with view on the port, an impressive and huge pohutukawa and plenty of parakeets. - Lucie Carlach
