Very helpful staff and a large variety of items to choose from. Ask staff for suggestions or similar items for some great tips.

Female staff is very friendly . Call before if you are looking for a specific item. They are usually a bit behind on new releases compared to the US

Their team is very friendly .. Dont go for the guys, as they are weird.. Just ask any of the girls to help you.. Super friendly and understanding..

Lots of Chinese shoppers. Make sure you know what to buy before going you might get disappointed by bit have the stock you're looking for. Friendly staff . The store isn't as fragrant than other stores

Their GMs are a bit more expensive than LV US website prices + taxes but kind of decent already when you're in a rush. Allow 2 to 3 for new arrivals (post announcement).

This is the biggest L.V store in the city but very busy too.

Very bad service, salesmen are super unfriendly, nosy, they make you hate the place, their new manager is just a piece of work, he doesn't even know how to write English, nor deal with customers..

The worst LV store I've ever been to. The service is so bad it's unbelievable. The sales people are so rude and disorganized! Avoid this LV and go to the one in MOE it's great.

And the award for the worst customer service goes too......
