I understand it’s recently been remodeled. I am very happy with my room. It has places to put away my clothes (unlike aloft). So glad I moved to this hotel

The shuttle does not run 24 hours a day and the overnight desk clerk is rarely at the desk. The worst service of any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed and I spend close to 300 days a year on the road .
If you get thirsty don't get a soda from the lobby get it from the vending machines on floors 4,6,8,10,12,14 it's cheaper
It's a non smoking hotel . Not room, hotel . Yeah.. Glad I no one warned me of that! and $7 for parking is ridiculous! Otherwise I loved it!

Terrible experience, waited 1.5 hours after check in for a room to be cleaned , kept getting told about 5-10 minutes. Worse holiday in I've stayed in for sure. Oh, and $7 parking . BS if you're a guest

This hotel has a bad case of SIS, otherwise known as Shitty Internet Syndrome. It's quite common amongst middle-aged Holiday Inns.
Beds are nice but what's up with the uncomfortable square pillows ?
