Italyada şimdiye kadar kaldığım en kötü otel . Havluları değiştirmek istediğinizde yok, kahvaltıda peynir tabağını boş görüp peynir isteyince yok. Hicbirsey yok ... Kesinlike tavsiye etmiyorum..

The menu changes and everything we tried was exquisite, especially the seafood dishes. Prices are more than reasonable. Chic atmosphere, warm welcome every time (we went there 3 times). - Celia Coene
Photos oversell hotel. Rooms were small but ok. Beds were awful. I was looking forward to getting out of the bed, and had no sleep. And opportunity to sit outside was a parking lot with chairs. - Gitte
Great rooftop terraces. Free coffee and tea everytime. Not the cheapest hotel in Florence, but awesome place to stay in the heart of the city. Enjoy the view ! - Fx Cardi
