New, don't mix it with the other swissôtel. This one called ALMAQM. Haraam access easy, supermarket access is also easier than the other hotels .

We took a room with view I like it, they have there own lifts at the end of the mall .

I went out for four hrs and came back to a messy/not cleaned room even though the clean sign was on the door! Plus the rooms are quite small compared to other hotels in the endowment.

Elevators always crowded , use alternative ways to reach ur room ✖️

It's clean , near to haram , quite big rooms , brilliant view ( Ka'aba view ). Breakfast is nice but many items are not for breakfast actually! And that was weird.. But the overall is good.
