Great location for a city centre stay. Hotel bar very expensive for what it is. Rooms clean , if a little dated. Great views from the top floor rooms. Nice selection of hot and cold food at breakfast .
Nice hotel , excellent location and excellent service
Price/quality compromise. No fridges/minibars in the rooms, some plates are badly washed (breakfast ), facilities are worn out, though the location is perfect for travelers and the food is tasty.
Book the Penthouse Suite if it's available. A spacious , comfortable room with great views of the city !

Comfy rooms. The hotel has kept the building's history while having nice new facilities inside. The breakfast is one of the best buffet breakfasts I've had in a hotel. Friendly staff, good location. - Joe Nixon

Best for shopping and restaurants. You won't be disappointed. Although not as varied and big as Trafford, you won't queue for 2 hours to get in and out with more opportunity to actually SHOP ???? - Jon Stodd
