Nice clean gym and change rooms. Cardio Equipment overlooks the outdoor pool . Free weights, universal and individual muscle group stations. Fitness advisor on duty was very helpful.

Great hotel ! I was very well treated, friendly and attentive staff . Good breakfast , the lunch is Self Service and I particulary dont like this kind of lunch , maybe more options would be great.

Old furniture and decoration. Good bed and very gentle and nice personnel. Shower is my only complaint: water goes in small quantities and shower head missed some parts which made the jet scarce.

It's a very good hotel with all the services you need; if you can have the suites please ask for the last numbers those are the newer and next to the Plaza San Martin.

22nd floors lounge is quiet and has a great view of the Retiro station and surrounding area. A glass of wine while looking the city "slowing down" is a must

The lobby and restaurant are beautiful and updated. The rooms not so much. What really matters is it's clean and the service is great.

Horrible Wi-Fi, use the Ethernet cable in the room with your laptop or connect your own Wi-Fi router! Than Internet is fast and stable ! :-)

Great hotel . Amenities are very well maintained; pool, gym , spa , great restaurant and bar and a great location!

Overall great hotel ; but very, very poor (paid) wifi in room... Business lounge is good alternative, wifi is free and fast. Plus, hotel waived in-room wifi cost when I said it was poor.

My room is on the nine floor and it has a 70 sqm bigger than most appartaments very nice and clean I loved it.

Check the rooftop bar for a great view of the city . Don't forget to bring your camera .

CAUTION: HSBC ATM machine in the lobby is compromised. 8 people I know have fraud ATM charges in Bolivian pesos appearing on their accounts in the past 48hrs!!

A very old hotel that hasn't been kept in a good condition at all. Staff are not very helpful. Got the opposite to what I asked for when emailing ahead. Never got a reply to my email. Don't stay here.

Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio . Las camas son buenísimas y el servicio al cuarto es muy rápido. Lo único que repararía es las duchas de los baños : baja presión y muy antigua la grifería.

El hotel tiene muchos años y se nota x su antiguedad , retro, es una muy buena opcion p eventos grandes, unico motivo x el cual asisto. La locacion es buena ya q queda enfrente dl parque Retiro.
