So far, the best place to purchase English books . But unfortunately, like other bookshops in Tallinn, number and variety of philosophical, non-fictions and science books are less (more fictions).

the cafe on the 4th floor is unreasonably expensive for what it offers. and a bottle of half a litre water costs €3,50 as in Paris!!
