I'm surprised that service at ladies section is so slow. Please STC, add KPI of service time...
You hardly get any service in the women's section, as if women are less priority, And the ppl who work there know nothing about treating customers!
This place is like a Zoo . Make sure you freeze your nerves before coming here. Average waiting time is more than half an hour per ticket.
Prayer is a big excuse here to stop serving half an hour before adhan..!!
