The bacon blocks although super tasty have a large amount of fat in the center (we are talking about bacon here so no shocker) so we basically ate around that, overall good.

Their brisket is the best I've ever had; my wife and I usually get the brisket nachos as an appetizer .

Totally downhill. Last 3 meals were terrible! Dried out beef brisket sandwich was inedible. Ran out of fries , hamburger asked for med rare came out well done and dried out like it had been forgotten.
