This is always the best ice cream shop in BKK. Terminal 21 have one on 4th floor

Love the ice cream , hate the service. Staff served the locals 1st even when I was on the queue. Heard of similar complaints about this particular outlet from patrons. Thais aren't exactly friendly !

One of not many ice-cream shop in the mall with convenient access on 4th floor . However, problem-solving skill should be trained more to the staff , they actually remember the wrong no. of customer.

พนักงานยังรับออเดอร์ผิดอยู่เลย ของก็ส่งผิดโต๊ะ พนังงานเยอะแต่ทำงานกันช้ามากทั้งๆที่คนน้อย ไม่ใส่ใจในบริการเลย แย่มาก :(
