The Abbey is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful sights in the city . A great attraction that is not only a wonderful history lesson but also a great spot for photographers and nature lovers.

I live 10mins from Kirkstall Abbey and without question the best time to come if possible is at sunrise or sunset . The whole area turns magic, colours of the sky with the trees and Abbey = stunning! X

Alex Smith

Little wall mountings with interesting snippets of history about the abbey. Although it gets muddy the site is fairly accessible with ramps and walkways.

Carl Griffin

Wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely walk and the bonus is that it's free.
