1 day, me & my family were walking around there, a traffic officer said that we must be careful w/ our bags coz there's a lot of snatchers/pocket picker around specially when it starting to get dark.

Fountain still works! Caption said that this was founded 1912. The whole place looks like a park with the fountain in the middle. But it's a challenge to walk into it, no pedestrian pathway.

Fuente Osmeña Circle is located in midtown Cebu. Various institutions, notable establishments, hotels , malls , offices , hospitals , and foodshoppes are on the outskirts of the circle.

They set up the highest Christmas tree in Cebu every December . Good place for an early morning run but avoid late afternoon run because it'll be super polluted.

One of highlights every Sinulog . Can be crowded at times.

Every 1st December there is Christmas light up with firework . Also, loads of food trolley with awesome goodies.

Nice during the day but as a foreigner I would not hang out alone in the evening, the street kids can be annoying and threatening.

Pffttt not a good place to jog. But this is one of the place where dancers perform every Sinulog Festival
