Nice place. Staff is super nice. Breakfast at bistro was surprisingly good.
Test the iron on the sheets first! Mine was rusty and ruined my shirt ! All they offered was a new iron and quarters to wash it on the 5th floor! Rust doesn't come out, besides who has time for that?

Wifi didn't work. Terrible front desk desk staff . Did not offer help for Rewards program or to fix the phone in our room even after we complained several times. Rooms were clean though uncomfortable.

Best dinner I have had in YEARS! Oyster Orleans was amazing! The Royal Reds shrimp tasted just like lobster! Service was Excellent. We liked it so much we went back the next night! - Jay L
