Nice view of manila bay . Quick access to and from the airport . Offers hotel guests free shuttle service to SM Mall of Asia . Wifi is not free.

Tried the breakfast buffet . There's not much variety in the daily selections . They have very good pastries , though, and the garlic rice is awesome :D

Staff are polite and helpful. Try to stay on millennium lounge on the 9th floor, it has a nice view .

Well located and has has very hospitable staff . Renovation needed. When they say heritage they mean it literally. Beds and rooms are spacious but not maintained very well . Lacks attention to detail.

A brother of a very good friend stayed in one of the rooms only to have his blanket pulled off from him in the wee hours of the night. Talk about being haunted!!!

Try to book at Wisdom Travel, the official travel agency of the hotel . Only P5,500 with buffet breakfast for two per room per night.

Equipment in the gym is out dated. It is located in the basement with bad ventilation and very dusty. Wait until they renovated !!

If you're checking in it has free wi-fi but if your just a visitor wanting the connection, you'd have to pay! Bummer!

I think this hotel used to be very good 20 years ago. Now it seriously needs big renovation . Room rate is not cheap compare to what I get. Air quality in hotel area is very poor.

The room service boy was so embarrassed because the girl on the other line scolded him. Re-orient staff on the value of efficient customer service.

the girl on the other line should be reminded where she works. That customer concern is their prime concern and should not make them feel like a burden.

High expectations were crushed by a pathetic excuse for a burger . Meat patty was uneven. Parts were HARD and or had a weird texture. Taste bland. Only good thing was the cheese .

The staff are very nice, they searched the backseat everytime we drop off the taxi .

It's close to the Mall of Asia . That would be the only reason to stay at this hotel .
