Top Floors with even numbers have the best view ... On a clear day you can see downtown LA and the ocean. The hotel is beautiful, love the pool, and service is great!

Great spot for easy access to events (like Cirque de Soleil or the Oscars) at the Dolby Theatre , I walked there un 5 minutes. Love the decor too, red rocket trash cans are fun!

Gym is nice and next to a great pool. Great LA location. Breakfast is great. Lobby bar is way better than the club lounge on the 19th floor.

Excellent hotel for family trip to LA, we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Beds are very comfortable .

Bring ear plugs. You can hear the rumble of the elevator shafts all day & night if your room is anywhere near the elevator lobby.

Oddly super uncomfortable beds for a hotel of this quality / brand name. At least the views are great.

WiFi disconnecting near my window--weak signal--not worth any cost. This is on the 13th floor.

$30 for a room with a view was worth it. Ask for the top floor and they might just give it to you - and then you get the club lounge too.

higher levels have WiFi signals drowned out from surrounding buildings even with an access point two doors down the hall

Any view you get is outstanding.

We stayed there over the weekend and the Staff stole our brand new iPad Air. Very upset, lost and found says they have nothing, cleaning staff swiped it for sure. Would never stay here again.
