The bartender Tien runs a great happyhour. I love the stir fried garlic edamame . Absolutely amazing. Make sure you get it well done with extra garlic
Hibachi lunch is fantastic - great culinary show. Make reservations to ensure they have a chef on hand for your group. Love the bacon fried rice and shrimp combo. Soup is simple but tasty. Recommend.
I ordered tempura . Then, I dropped one on the floor by accident, and I just left it there. Minutes later, this waitress comes over and hands me this single tempura . I thought it was nice gesture ????????

Kobe roll is very good. Snow roll is a little bland. Overall quality is good.
Kobe Japan is a great place and significantly cheaper than its competitor. The service it hit or miss in terms of timing but all of the staff are wonderful nice people. They haven't master timing.
