TOP (The Osmena Peak) offers a 360 view of the entire Metro Cebu. It's the perfect place for anyone wanting to just past time while enjoying an unobstructive view of the city .

For me, it's always best to go here at around 5. This is so you'd see the city at daylight and night time.

Tops is located ahead of the La Tegola restaurant , you'll turned to the left corner about 20 meters or so, then the road going up is inclined about a little bit less than 45degrees up and down road .

Don't go there with a bad transportation, take a " habalhabal " motorcycle ride for a fee, but for me personally its nice to take a hike from jysquare corner until you reach to the Tops.

Go here late afternoon until the sun is down to see the awesome view (day &night) of the queen city of the south

if you can, come to this place during the nighttime to really see the breath-taking cityscape :)

Nighttime here is magical. There is a store before you go up to tops that sells good tasting bbq :)

There's a scenic lookout here with small restaurants and bars . Beware of the P100/person entrance fee though.

Try the Turkey Sandwich at the Tops Cafe , the wine at Budoy on Top, unwind, and enjoy the city lights.
