본래 우리은행의 전신인 한일은행의 본점으로 1981년 완공되었으며, 2002년 롯데그룹에 매각되어 2005년부터 롯데백화점 에비뉴엘로 리모델링하여 사용하고 있다. 고층부는 본점 당시의 특징적인 모습을 그대로 유지하고 있다.

식당가가 새로 입점이 많이 되어 있습니다. 이곳의 음식이 정말 뛰어나게 맛나거나 한것은 아니지만 mvg 애비뉴얼이 아니시면 주차비가 징수 되기에 맘에 드는 물건이 없는경우엔 여기서 식사하시고 영수증 지참하시면 발렛주차비가 면제됩니다. ^^;; 개인적으로 이태리 레스토랑이 괜찮습니다. 강추~~

리모와는 2층에 있음. 고환율일때는 홍콩보다 한국 매장이 더 싸다.
영화 끝난 후 엘레베이터 이용시 엄청 복잡해요. 스낵바도 작고 홀도 소규모입니다
남녀구분없는매장이 대부분이라 편해요. 플로어플랜엔 토즈가 애비뉴엘 1층으로 나와있네요. 본관 안쪽에 위치합니다.
조용한 쇼핑이어서 좋습니다.
9층에 테라스가 있는 이탈리안 레스토랑 있음
천장도 높고 조명도 적당히 밝아서 쇼핑하기 최적의 장소. 가끔 나이어린 동생이랑 오면 잠깐 한눈팔아 잃어버리기도함..
겨울에 백화점이라고 외투 벗고 오면 얼어죽을수도.. 춥네여 오들오들
