Used to be brilliant, gone down hill rapidly. Most cardiovascular equipment is broken, non of the AV works and some real 'gym pigs ' have taken over the weights area. Avoid.
The women's gym here is great with pretty much everything you need! Plus there's usually a greater selection of medicine balls and Viprs than downstairs! - Kera O'Regan

50m Olympic size pool, great for workouts. But come when it's less crowded eg. Early in the morning, otherwise even the recreation lane will be full! - Tyler Shih
