Friendly staff , good service , excellent food, & great coffee . The Belgian Waffle was the best my bf ever had. My French toast & eggs were delicious, as was the FRESH orange juice ! Our coffee was ????????.

6/10/14 - 9:30 am. Second visit was even better than first! Veggie omelette , hash browns , and mimosa . Mimosa was perfect and so was everything else... But I HIGHLY recommend getting their mimosa . ;)

Eggs Benedict Florentine should be in any decision making process here. Texture of poached eggs , freshness of spinach and tomatoes and heartiness of ham make this a very enjoyable experience !!

The food is great. It's pricey and so worth it. They have a ton of Gluten Free and Vegetarian items for breakfast and lunch . I had GF pancakes and a crab omelet . I stuffed myself.

Love this place. The food is great (I like their migas or huevos rancheros ) but they also serve the best coffee on the island . Try the vanilla bean latte .

Best breakfast on the island . They roast their own coffee . The crab omelette was great. Homemade tortillas & biscuits are amazing. After eating here we didn't want to try anywhere else! Ask for Dora.

Today's special ... Ham and Cheese Melt was both different and delicious. Made with grilled rye bread , a local cheese , ham and coleslaw , it was a gooey, cheesey, crunchey joy to eat.

Coffee was perfect. French toasts were yummy. And tacos are HUGE! All at a great price.

The food is great! Portions are more the satisfying! Our server was Gino, very friendly , and helpful! We'll ask for him again. Definitely try the Mexican plate . : )

Most unusual cheesecake ! It's a cross between a flan and an icebox pie yet with the chocolate sauce, it has a flavor all its own ...YUM!

6/9/14 - 9am: full but not packed, plenty of tables to choose from. Family style cafe . Waitress was nice, food didn't take too long to come out, warm and very satisfying. Had the spinach omelette .

Excellent coffee ! They roast coffee beans onsite. The whole place smells like coffee . Best breakfast place.

Big portions and good prices. However watch for the spicy icon on the menu ... Chilaquiles were too hot for me which was a shame because they were tasty too.

They have updated their interior making more room for tables so they can accommodate more people. Definitely worth the visit for some of the best breakfast tacos in Texas at awesome prices.

The tomato soup is light in texture but rich in flavor ... A must have when visiting Grapevines.

My wife had the Migas Mexicanas and said they were great. I had pancakes I thought they were average. Server was slow but nice and prices were reasonable.

Order a half pound of ground coffee for the rest of your stay in SPI.

This place is always packed and even though their food is amazing, the service and time to get your food is slow. Still worth the wait, if you have time.

Lousy service. Took them 20 min just to take our order then another 40 for it to come out. The food wasn't anything special either.

Worst service ever!!! Been here 45 mins and still no food on table! Then made you wait 5 mins after getting food for silver wear
