1st class staff , clean & comfy rooms , room service was perfect & not overpriced. Coffee (best ever) & breakfast was great. Beautiful hotel that is very pet friendly .

This hotel offers complimentary rides to/from airport , downtown, and basically anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel . Way awesome!

50% of the staff and 5% of the guests are wearing masks. Maybe I’m asking too much of South Dakota?

I have called a room in more then 5 times they come up tell them to be quiet and then leave so they get loud again! they kept my Two year old up for THREE nights now! Management SUCKS!

They even give you coffee to go cups at breakfast . I'm telling you, the coffee is so wonderful!

Beautiful hotel but is overdue for upgrade. Check out pasta dishes in restaurant . Excellent.

Overpriced for the quality of the rooms and amenities . Summer is busy in Rapid City, and the prices reflect it.

If proximity to the civic center is not a high priority, avoid staying here. The suites are a joke, do NOT overpay for one. Our buddy's room looked like Sochi, Russia.
