Bulgarian version of Hard Rock Cafe . Interior is fully copied from the famous franchise. Service, etiquette, menu, even clients are far away from the 'original'. Funny, but not annoying, though.
Good cafe . The fresh orange juice was nice. The tea was somewhat fine.
The best place in nessebar...
The waitresses are NOTORIOUSLY slow (as they were 4-5 years ago when I first visited this place) and the Wi-Fi is crappy.

Уже 2 год ездим в Несебр отдыхать! Нашли "Caramel" и сразу влюбились в это место????много столиков , большой выбор алкогольных и безалкогольных напитков по приемлемым ценам ! Советую заглянуть в "Caramel"
Тирамису достается из морозилки и весь во льду . И коктейли пресные. Но дынный фреш прекрасен.
Нищо особено. Stay away.

Favorite place in sunny beach. In the morning for sunbathing and have a quick but delicious meal and in the evening for party hard and drink cheap, but really delicious and alcoholic drinks. Love! - Anna Feruga
