I love this place, it's so much fun! Great place to take kids, it'll keep them entertained for hours
Though that said, until Jan 2016 Game 2.0 is here with lots of playable video games ! If you're a gamer worth a visit!
Great for families as one kid goes free with every paying adult. Though if you're an adult on your own then maybe consider giving it a miss - it's mostly aimed at kids.
The skating rink uses figure skates (as opposed to hockey skates ). In my book , this is a good thing.
I haven't experienced powdered eggs since boarding school. Cooked breakfast is all a bit like this, brought back memories.
Worth a visit, the 4D motion ride and the planetarium are both great.
Robot exhibition was great, though the place is a bit pricey .
Make sure you go on the 4D ride - it was fantastic!
The cafe has hard wooden chairs and if ask to use a power socket the unfriendly staff say no as if you've asked for the moon. Go somewhere more up to date.
Von Hagen exibition is fantastic
I haven't experienced powdered eggs
The Hover Chase is excellent
watch 'back to the moon... for good'
This place kept a six-year-old enertained for FIVE hours. Even then... still didn't want to leave.
Dinosaur exhibition is pretty good
The Robots exhibition is very disappointing
Good morning
Get down to centre for life for Newcastle science fest now!
Do not eat here, service is terrible. Six weeks holiday and one person serving. £10 to get in, surely they can employ more staff !
...it's the name of the game.
Loads to do and a good day out for kids of all ages. Can take the boredom out of a dull weekend or school holidays and it is very easy to get to. - Cara Hazell
Must visit. Amazing quality, especially since it's free. Latge section dedicated to hadrien's wall. ???? - Alice Barton
Great cafe, great location, awesome book selection for kids and they have superb events on too. - Philip Beasley
Great indoor shopping mall, recently refurbished with more refurb going on. Comparable shopping to London. Great to visit at Christmas! - Mark Tuck
Great chilled please pub in Newcastle centre with a great selection of beers! Never seems to be enough staff on which can be annoying (I imagine on both sides of the bar)! - Eve McAdam
