Be sure what you get is what you ordered. I ordered a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino and what I got was a caramel mocha Frappuccino with pumpkin spice on top. That does NOT taste great. ????

I actually go out of my way to go to this Starbucks because the staff is so nice. They've given some of the best customer service I've ever seen. That means a lot when you're tired and need coffee lol

I'm a bit biased, but I love this location. This is also the first location in West Virginia, opened in Nov. 2003.

The staff is very nice. My drink was wrong, maybe my fault, but they still fixed it with a genuine smile. Customer service means so much!

If you think a white mocha is too sweet then try a black and white mocha ... Not as sweet but still delicious!

This drive thru can get pretty backed up and is in a weird location but they’ll remake your drink if they mess it up.

Usually need to queue inside , so use mobile order or drive thru if in a hurry.

Don't use the drive through. They didn't stir my macchiato . When I stirred it and it spilled the window barista laughed at me.
