Lots of facilities, nice rooms, decent breakfast and food. Huge pool , large indoor terrace . It's nice for corporate events , lots of conference rooms etc. The apartments are VERY nice.

4* maybe in their best dreams. Pros: valet parking , shuttle bus to ski lift, clean pool . Cons: not so well trained front office , technical staff carrying the trash through restaurant ...

The Alpin hotel & Aparthotel is the best option in poiana brasov. The pool, restaurants and kids facilities are awesome. They also provide free transfer to the ski slopes

The pool is huge and great for a swim . Also, note that the bar/club next to it (inside the hotel ) opens at 11pm but doesn't get busy until midnight.

Ask for aparthotel on 12 floor if you travel with kids. 2 large bedrooms , 1 large living room , 2 big bathrooms , terace with a tabele of 4 :)

Food is very very basic. Don’t eat here unless you have to. They hardly ventelate the open spaces and it’s very claustrophobic. feels like old east Europe so if this is your thing go for it

Awful place, the rooms are so old and the bathroom falls apart . Yuk!!

Angajatii sunt aroganti si nepoliticosi.Nu va lasati cheia de la masina la "pustanii de afara" pt ca vor avea o sedinta foto cu masina dupa care o vor tura la max pana intr o alta parcare.:))

Mobilă veche, paturi incomode, lenjerie care miroase a înălbitor, balcon mizerabil și în piscină prea puțină apă în clor. Recomand cască și ochelari de înot...

Nu-si merita banii pt un hotel de 4 stele . Dezamagitor pt 60€ pe noapte.

Camera 501 este de hotel de 2 stele, in nici un caz 4 stele .

Apartamentele sunt superbeee la fel si privelistea.
