I love Ross... I shop at various stores throughout the city weekly. I never have any complaints. This store is notoriously overstocked, the displays overcrowded, the associates are rude... ????
This Ross has the worst lines . I have never seen less than 8 people in line , and they take forever! The associates are rude, and this store as a whole sets a horrible example of customer service.
Decent prices for clothes . It's just difficult rummaging through stuff to find what you want.
