Prestigious place, many brand shops and nice cafes . Do give the 21 Carrots chocolatier store a try. They have the best "هيل" sweets in K-town.

One of the best building architecture in Kuwait. Similar to an unfurling cloth through the breeze of the wind. At times, there are light display at night.

They have verity of restaurants , 4D ultra sound cinema , and 4 floors of high end brands. Very quite tower with a huge capacity of car parking
