An exceptional hotel . The room was spotless, with lots of personal touches. The bed was very comfortable . The staff were first class and the club lounge was outstanding - well worth the extra.

One of the best Intercontinental I've been to. Brand new, great location (walking distance from the station, just walk through the mall ), nicely appointed rooms, stunning design, good service .

Huge, beautiful rooms, well laid out with everything you could need. They left treats in the room every night. Concierge very friendly and helpful. Small lobby. The entrance is in the attached mall .

Modern grandeur and friendly service . West-facing rooms are unbelievably spacious with spectacular views of Umeda Sky Building and Yodo River , especially at sunset .

I'm not sure I've stayed at a finer hotel . Rooms are incredibly large and the tub in the bathroom is a perfect way to end the day. Expensive? Yes. But such a great way to treat yourself.
