Worse hotel . This hotel does not honor the brand promise. There has not been a single stay where I don’t encounter an issue and their personnel, starting with the Hotel Manager, are useless.
Rentamos la suite presidencial y solo tienen un teléfono en toda la “suite” la regadera del baño la abres y tiene un sonido todo el@tiempo súper fuerte y para variar pedimos de cenar milanesa empaniz

El servicio es excelente ????????. En especial el del staff del desayuno

Dsd la vez anterior (Dic/Mar’21) cambio drástico ahora julio21, front desk malo,desayuno buffet comensales sin cubrebocas y usa misma cuchara, t dicen q si pides a la carta se tardan 35 a 40 min.
