No kidding, this is probably the first place I've ever been with the nicest state employees EVER--as both had personalities and were helpful! I wish it could always be this painless!

Check out the ezpass website. You can order one there and not have to go in, and you don't lose any time because it takes a few days to activate when you first sign up anyway.

If you just need to add on or take off a vehicle. Call the number on the back of the ez pass. So you don't have to go stand in line .

There are many signs for this place along route 4, but their address isn't online anywhere...until now!

Also their website still uses the Netscape navigator favicon. Retro !
