Would never stay in this hotel again. As a road warrior I spend a fair amount of time at hotels , the beds and pillows were horrible. That aside the staff is fantastic, welcoming and very helpful.

Typical nice, clean Sheraton with friendly staff . Great place to stay with your pet .

Nice corner room with view of the Mississippi River and part of downtown. Concierge was nice on 19th floor!

Valet parking only. If you've got a motorcycle, don't ask the desk clerk, as you'll get wrong info. The valet knows the routine and gives you indoor parking for $10./night.

Great restaurants and bar here, and this is definitely the place to stay if you're in town for a trade show at the convention center across the street.

Nice views from the panoramiv elevators , friendly staff , good rooms. All in all, decent but nothing out of this world.

Basic amenities and standard service. Furnishing are beat up. I transferred to the Westin for my second night and would recommend the same for SPGs.

Neat & clean . Wonderful staff that was so helpful in giving directions and really went out of their way to be nice and courteous.

Breakfast was good, and staff was very pleasant. However, it was hard to find due to all the remodeling/construction. $15.00+ per eater.

No more hot chocolate and cookies . You can get s bagel or fruit cup in Starbucks in the lobby. No snacks to get locally.

Room 322 has a balcony looking over the escalators. It's a good spot and close to the elevators . The beds are amazing!

They force you into crappy/valet parking at $15-$20/night. I'm all about free markets , park on the street for free.

They bring in chocolates and leave them in the room but they just attract ants . Very dusty, decayed-looking hotel--its better days are behind it.

Staff was friendly but hotel is in serious need of updates. Air in room did not work. Moved to new room second night and was better, but still not great. I will not stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights... Ordered room service , my steak was under cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. The conceirge level was great I loved it.

The Conceirge Level is a great option for breakfast if you're a Gold or Platinum Rewards member.

Try their new Sesame Chicken Salad . Awesome!!

The staff are super friendly , but the service is slow.

They cancelled our reservation , after more than 2 hours of standing at the front desk they could not provide us an answer for why it was cancelled. They tried to charge us a higher rate than our res!

Nice room, it was perfect to be right on the trolley line . The shower wasn't that good, not very hot at all the first five minutes it was barely lukewarm. Park offsite. It's only 5 bucks.

Breakfast is the BEST here; DON'T order the room service pizza Alfredo . #Nasty

The front desk staff here is very rude and not customer friendly even with simple request and question experienced this during evening and morning check-in...

This place sucks. They kicked us out for being too loud at 2:00 am. Apparently their walls are so thin you can't have a conversation. Without waking someone up next door. Unbelievable. .

Several offside parking options much cheaper. Front desk not very friendly or helpful.
