You gotta try the fishcakes from Mr. Delicious canteen ! Calmer seas to the west, more lively waves on the eastern side of the beach .
The beach is one of the best on the island , good for families . The snack bar is highly rated and further down is OK for picturesque views

Mr. Delicious is the vendor on the beach . Service is super slow-Bajan time, but friendly .
While there you should check out the "canteen " in the renovated bus on the eastern side . Their fishcakes are awesome!
The "bus canteen " has local fare and snacks . Truly one of the better beaches
