One of the best sport complexes . Easy to access and affordable . Offers various sport facilities and restaurants . Has a long trail road which makes it best place for runners or casual daily walks.

I've been going to this complex since 1374, still no other place can cheer you up like this one, if you're a student or graduate they have special discount to become a member, foodcourts are pricy

The deli fish restaurant is really great , be sure to check the food courts second floor for seats , the view of the trees and golf court is really out standing !

i hate it here :/ it will never satisfy me for several reasons , the price that they collect for membership does not use in any good for the members , the atmosphere and all the things there 2/10

You should be a member first. So they let you in. if you play squash don't miss the squash court you can reserve it by phone and it has reasonble price, 15000 tomans for an hour.

Very friendly ,excellent place for walking at least in Tehran.

You can still use it's facilities even if you are not a member, just ask for a guest ticket (5000 Tomans , Dec 2010) at the main gate. Still a good club although it's a shadow of it's past.

An oasis in the heart of tehran, shame the management has other priorities in mind, needs a lot of maintenance and tlc. The food variety is ok but too expensive and it seems to deteriorate over-time.
