Had a very positive experience after my 4 y/o dropped her drink. The staff replaced her drink with a smaller one to better fit her hands AND gave us a refund. They were very gracious about it. Great!

What's good here? Well , I'd say the IMAX if they would clean either the projector or the glass window at the projection booth once in a while. A blur is quite obvious in darker scenes of some movies ..

in the middle of the mall close to the service desk theres a convient store u can buy cheaper snacks there & as long as its in a bag amc lets u bring them in with no problem

Only theater that offers $5 matinees on first-run, pass-restricted films . Caught "Super 8" with three others for a little over twenty bucks. Awesome.

Don't be fooled by the term IMAX. The screen is the same size as any other multiplex . Can't figure out what justifies the extra price.
