Sashimi and unagi set is good value for money . Comes with baked oyster , salad , cawan mushi, appetizer , soup , fruits , and one California handroll and one shrimp tempura handroll .
Toilets . Even though resto has 2 dining halls , there is only 1 toilet area. It is located at the right dining room, as you approach from the hotel’s reception. Clean & spacious
The oven baked oyster with white sauce and cheese is definitely the one to die for! Sashimi was fresh and thick too! Spider roll was pretty tasty! Craving for them from KL now!
Their shabu shabu come with dry japanese chilli paste in pestle. .bfr miyako close..this was my no.2 favourite..now its now 1 for me
Still one of the best Japanese restaurant in Penang. Get the non-smoking area seats for more privacy.
Probably has the freshest sashimi on the Island . Better save up because spending here is worth it. The service here is light-years away from other similar restaurants .

Great succulent fare. Definitely will return here.
Teppan-gyu, tempura and yakitori is great, ebi kaarage absorbed the oil and became very oily. The service was fast even there's lots people.

Head staff shared that their seafood gets restock every Wed & Fri
Restaurant divided into left and right sections. Average food and service standards. Felt they are a bit understaffed. Seafood freshness is decent.
Went here based on tips but was a bit disappointed. I found the sashimi very overpriced so didn't bother trying, instead had some rolls and nigiri . Quality is ok but expected better for the price.
Fresh and delicious !
