Get there at a good time where it's less busy (normally 9:30am-11:30am / 1:00pm-4:00pm / after 9pm) and you'll have such an impressive workout minus the interruption of some guy mithering you!
Best time to go to gym Sunday night! Feels like u have the entire gym to yourself :)
Great gym , and thanks to a staff member I was able to get my daily pass being a foreigner! (One thing they need to improve,open option for countries and else)
That's clean and staff are ver friendly .
Saturday and Sunday mornings at 09:00 are always very quiet .

It's the best gym ever in Manchester
A very cheap "no frills" gym that is clean , well-equipped & holds regular exercise classes .
Be warned that if you plan on going between 6-7pm - you will NOT get a treadmill , it's ridiculously busy (and stinks of B.O. too) at that time.
