They give the biggest serving of McSpaghetti compared to other McDo branches I've been before. Their staff are friendly and accomodating. Also, their wifi connection is fast! I'm using it now (11 am).

Fast service . Make sure to have your order ready before you get to the cashier as most of the customers are in a hurry (and a bit impatient).

Better be early when buying breakfast (like around 7am) or else you'll run out of newspapers (limited supply only) because of many patients checking in medical city

It's open 24 hours a day and a very good alternative if you are already tired of eating 7-Eleven and Ministop food shops nearby.

One of the managers took charge of cleaning the floor because her crew left a mop on a table.

Crew on graveyard shift don't smile at all. They seem tired, move slow and act like bitches. They even ask for smaller bills everytime even if what you have is 50pesos.

Tapos pinapili ako kung anong flavor ng shaker fries, cheddar and Chives or bbq tapos, plain fries din pala ang binigay! Walang powdered flavor din pala pag dating ng bahay. Engot lang !

Ang slow nung isang attendant diyan. Naka 6x ako tinanong sa drink na inoorder ko. Hanggang sa nasa harapan na siya ng Mcfreeze na machine, " Ma'am, berry po?!" ilang beses mo ba dapat sabihin?

Ito ang medyo murang pagkain dito sa ortigas kapag kain ka ng lunch !!!
