Public Art by Indiana, Robert
JFK Plaza (15th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard) Philadelphia , PA 19102 United States
There's always a line , but you can snap a few photos of the statue by itself in between the cheesy touristy couple photos!
on weekends, there's often someone who's there taking photos for tips (and telling you about more of their life than you asked for)
You can sit and watch the skaters at night and have the best view of center city .
By artist Robert Indiana. (The original design is on display at the Indianapolis Museum of Art !)
It's much smaller than I remember / expected ... Still a fun spot to take pictures and people watch !!!
Classic Philly. Have you even visited if you didn’t get your photo?
The original location is currently under reconstruction, so the surroundings are not as flattering for a piece of art :(
Very rarely a line for pictures and if there is it goes fast.
So tiny; I always thought it was huge from photos.
Iconic. You've seen the reproductions, now see it in real life.
If the weather is right find a good place to sit.
This is why Philadelphia is the City of Brotherly Love.
Get in line for a selfie.
Temporarily moved to Dilworth Park NW corner
Bum city at night
